When in Morocco, tip in cash. Make sure you have some money to leave on the table (10% is considered acceptable).

In Switzerland, service charges are typically added to the bill (service compris).

Tips are not expected in New Zealand or Australia. If the service was very good, a 10% tip is a sign of appreciation, but it's merit-based.

A 15% service fee is automatically added in French restaurants by law.
