➤ Lean is a style of working that empowers teams, minimizes waste and aims for continuous improvement
➤ Minimum viable product (MVP) is a basic version of a product that provides useful data to learn how to improve it
➤ Pivot refers to a fundamental change in direction
➤ Timeboxing means setting time limits for specific activities — or parts of a meeting — to ensure everything is discussed
➤ User story is the smallest unit of work in an agile framework. Work can be divided into functional increments called "user stories"
