This term is a portmanteau of the words "dork" - a person who is awkward and uncomfortable in social situations - and "adorable," which means "lovable."
"Adorkable" is used especially to describe young people who combine these characteristics of being both very likable and awkward. U.S. actor Adam Brody was once described as "adorkable" by Time magazine.
